The highest IPG Metro Municipality in Lampung Province!

The IPG describes how gender development is achieved between men and women. The closer the value is to 100, the better the gender development equality between men and women. In 2024, the achievement of gender development Metro Municipality will reach 96.94 percent.

The calculation of the IPG uses the components of the Human Development Index (HDI) calculation, namely health, education and economy. The health component indicator is life expectancy (UHH). The education component indicator is the expected length of schooling (HLS) and the average length of schooling (RLS). The economic component indicator is real expenditure per capita.

The importance of gender development is also included in the framework of the sustainable development goals (SDGs). The goal of gender development is included in the fifth goal, namely Gender Equality.
